Table-top Macro

On Monday night our meeting was all about getting up close!

We had a hands-on table-top macro evening, giving members the chance to experiment with a range of different subjects. From flowers and feathers to shells and still-life setups, there was plenty to inspire creative compositions. Members also practiced techniques like Focus Bracketing and Stacking, as well as having a go with macro lenses and lightboxes.

Practical nights like this are a great opportunity to try out new techniques and even equipment in a supportive, relaxed environment - and to share and benefit from each other’s knowledge and skills".
