Competitions
Competitions are a regular and enjoyable part of club life at Salisbury Photography Club, giving members the opportunity to share their work, explore new subjects and receive constructive feedback in a friendly and supportive environment.
Members can enter a range of both print and Projected Digital Image (PDI) competitions, including league rounds and trophy competitions. Images are assessed by external judges, who provide comments to help encourage creativity and development at all levels of photography.
Open Subject
Every season we have Open Subject print and PDI leagues, where you can enter three photographs of your choice in each round. Judges score each image, and over three rounds, the top scoring print and PDI photographers win the league and take home a trophy!
Trophies
We also have several themed trophy competitions each season, as well as our “Best of Season” trophies. You can read more about our trophy competitions here.
Club Challenges
We also compete as a club in competitions, including the Southern Counties Photographic Federation (SCPF) league, and “Friendlies” with some of our neighbouring clubs!
