Prepare for Competition
Competition Open Subject
So you think you might like to enter a competition but not really sure? Let's go through what it involves. There are various types of competitions, which may sound a bit confusing, but it all comes down to the fact that you can enter printed and/or digital images, you just have to choose the competition that is the most suitable for what you want to enter.
Outline of Open Competitions
These competitions are key to the club activities, everyone is encouraged to enter as it is a great way to share your work and to get feed back that will help you to develop as a photographer. They are also a good deal of fun!
HOWEVER it is important to remember that they are not the be all and end all of a Photography Club. You do not have to be a competitive photographer to participate and enjoy the Club. Some members choose not to, and still get a lot of enjoyment out of the Club.
Club Competition Rules
If you want to join in there are certain rules and formalities that Club Members must follow to enter all Competitions and Trophies
